Documenters of the Association met with Mikhail Volkov, Representative of the Ombudsman in Zaporizhzhia region. The event was aimed at increasing the effectiveness of cooperation between local charitable and public organisations and representatives of the Zaporizhzhia region authorities.

The Association's experts emphasised to Mykhailo Volkov the need to better inform victims of war crimes about the possibilities of receiving state assistance. According to our practice of interviewing these vulnerable groups, many people do not know that they are entitled to support from the state at all.

Thanks to this meeting, the documenters of the Association managed to establish communication with specialists from other Zaporizhzhia NGOs and share their experience with them.
