‍This campaign was launched by the Nobel Peace Prize winner Center for Civil Liberties. Its goal is to call on the world to put more pressure on the Russian Federation to immediately release all civilian hostages without any conditions, as required by the Geneva Conventions and International law. The opening of the campaign took place on February 28.
